Chloe's Tinkerbell Jewelry Box- 2 of 2 Views

Just a little something I decided to do for my niece's daughter for Christmas this year. I'm hoping they'll like it. I bought all the stuff and put this all together myself. I even wood-burned the butterfly on the right and the flower on the left, including the name burned on as well. They are viewable on the first image: disturbeddragon.deviantart.com… . I guess you could say that everything is pretty much hand-made, except for the box and the materials I used inside to create this piece of work. n_n I made Tinkerbell fabric foam inserts which go inside to create the interior of the box. I think I did fairly well for something that was a first time project of this kind. lol Also the font used was what they use for the Tinkerbell logo. I was thinking about woodburning Tinkerbell into the top of the box, but I ran out of time and I haven't had the patience for much stuff lately seeing how my family has been keeping me busy for them. One more thing about the box, I used Minwax Red Mahogany WoodFinish on it to give it the red wood look, and on the inside of the box where the light pink is, I still need to add a fabric piece with Tinkerbell encased by another pink piece of foam to give it some style on the inside.
